Refund policy


1. General Policy

 

At Mailbox Chavez Company LLC, all products are custom-made and built to order according to the customer’s specifications.


For this reason, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following reasons:


  • Change of mind
  • Order cancellations after purchase
  • Customer errors in measurements, colors, or customization selections
  • Any reason not related to manufacturing defects or errors caused by our company



Each product is created exclusively for the customer and cannot be resold or reused.


 

 

2. Quality Commitment

 

We are committed to delivering high-quality products.

Every item undergoes a quality inspection before shipping to ensure it is complete, in perfect condition, and complies with the customer’s approved specifications.

 

 


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

 

If a product arrives:


  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Incomplete
  • With manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect due to an error on our part



Mailbox Chavez Company LLC will cover all necessary costs to replace, reship, or correct the product.


To process a claim, the customer must submit the following within 48 hours of delivery:


  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the interior and exterior packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Order number

Claims submitted outside this time frame may not be accepted due to carrier policies.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery Responsibility

 

If the damage was caused by the carrier, Mailbox Chavez Company LLC will fully manage the claim process with the shipping company.


We will cover all related costs and provide complete assistance until the customer receives the product in proper condition.


The customer must cooperate by providing photos, videos, or any requested evidence required to complete the carrier claim process.


At no time will these costs be transferred to the customer.

 

5. Cancellations

Because all products are custom-made and built to order, order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed or has entered production.

 

6. Customer Responsibility and Installation Conditions

In most cases, no permit is required to install a residential mailbox. However, requirements may vary depending on the Homeowners Association (HOA) or specific local regulations applicable to the property.


It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and comply with any applicable requirements, guidelines, or conditions prior to purchase.


Mailbox Chavez Company LLC is not responsible for issues, rejections, modifications, or adjustments required due to community rules, property-specific conditions, or approvals required by third parties.
