Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after the purchase is completed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Shipments within the United States have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days once the order has been dispatched.
Total Estimated Time
Processing and shipping times represent an estimated range of days from the moment the purchase is made until the customer receives the package.
Under normal conditions, our approximate average delivery time per completed order is 10 days total.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the error and for any additional costs related to reshipping, redelivery, or package recovery.
If the error is caused by our team or by the shipping carrier, Mailbox Chavez Company LLC will assume all related costs, including reshipment, replacement, or any necessary actions to ensure the customer receives the order correctly.
